My Therapeutic Approach
I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all path to healing. Our work together will be uniquely shaped around you - your story, your struggles, and the version of yourself you’re working toward. I focus on getting to the root of emotional pain, exploring how early experiences, relationship patterns, and family dynamics may still be influencing your present.
My approach is grounded in Psychodynamic therapy, while also drawing from Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral tools, Trauma-Informed Somatic practices, and elements of Attachment theory, Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I’m also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and find this to be a powerful tool in processing traumatic or distressing memories and beliefs.
Above all, I believe the therapeutic relationship is where real change begins. I show up authentically, curiously engaged and human and use our connection to help you gain clarity, feel more grounded, and move toward lasting emotional relief.
